Well the saga in Fife continues.  What I believe we are now seeing is the dismantle of local government.  In the end it will be up to us to pay for all services we require.  If you can’t afford it you can’t have it.  The rich will prosper, pensions and benefits will be cut or be non-existent and we will have a return to the good old days of Victorian England.  The landed gentry will have it all.  Bring on the revolution!
